This Privacy Policy explains how Sunshine Harvest Development Company Pty Ltd (ACN 635 304 148), the developer of Harvest Sunshine at 112–116 Anderson Road, Sunshine VIC 3020 (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles personal information collected through www.harvestsunshine.com.au and our related advertising. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Information you give us when you register or enquire: your first and last name, email address, mobile number, the townhouse design you are interested in and how you are buying (for example first home buyer, upsizer or investor).
- Information collected automatically when you visit the site: the pages you view, the website or advertisement that referred you (including campaign tags and ad click identifiers from Google or Meta), the date of your first visit, the number of pages viewed and whether you are using a mobile or desktop device. Some of this is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days so we can tell which advertisement led to an enquiry.
Cookies, pixels and advertising
The site uses the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to measure how our advertisements perform (for example, recording that a visitor who clicked an ad later submitted an enquiry) and to help Google and Meta show our advertisements to people likely to be interested. Google and Meta handle that information under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.
How we use your information
- to give you access to floorplans, specifications and other project material;
- to contact you about Harvest Sunshine, including availability, pricing and your enquiry;
- to send you updates about Harvest Sunshine and future projects, if you have agreed to be contacted;
- to understand and improve our website and the effectiveness of our advertising; and
- to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We may share your information with our appointed selling agents for Harvest Sunshine, and with service providers who help us operate the website and manage enquiries, such as our website host (Wix), our customer relationship management system and our advertising platforms (Google and Meta). Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing and opting out
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying to us, or emailing dw@orbproperty.com.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint about how we have handled it, by emailing dw@orbproperty.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
